Terms and Conditions
- Dial *211# to subscribe to the Weekly Voice Offer for 7 calendar days. A call setup fee of Rs 0.15 will be applied.
- The bundle is non-recursive, so customers need to dial *211# again to avail the offer more than once.
- All minutes will be credited at the time of subscription and will expire at 23:59 hours on the 7th calendar day.
- The shared incentive is available for prepaid customers only.
- 30 Jazz Minutes can be shared in a single transaction by dialing *308#.
- There are no restrictions on the number of times minutes can be shared with a single customer.
- Customers can share minutes as long as they have more than 30 minutes remaining in their bundle and a balance of more than Rs 2 in their account.
- A sharing fee of PKR 2 (Incl. Tax) will be applicable for the customer sharing the minutes. Sharing will fail if there is insufficient balance.
- The validity of the shared minutes will be until the Same Day – Midnight.
- A call setup fee of Rs. 0.15 will be applicable on the shared incentive of 30 minutes.
- The status of the shared incentive can be checked by dialing 3082# by the customer receiving the shared minutes.
